A boutique real estate consultancy competing with brands 10× their size.

Northbeam Realty specialised in high-value commercial and residential transactions for a select client base — but their brand made them look like a one-person operation. In a market where clients are making seven and eight-figure decisions, brand credibility is a prerequisite for even getting the meeting.

They were winning business through personal networks but struggling to convert cold referrals — prospects who had been told about Northbeam but then looked them up online and weren't convinced by what they found.

We ran a positioning workshop focused on Northbeam's real competitive advantage: they operated like a private client service, not a volume agency. Every client got direct access to the founding partners, and every transaction was treated as if it were their own.

The new identity communicates that private-client positioning — a strong architectural wordmark, a palette of deep charcoal and warm gold, and a design language that references private banking and high-end legal services rather than typical real estate. The brand says 'we work with fewer clients because we work harder for each one.'

The new website was built around the client experience rather than property listings. A clear articulation of the Northbeam difference, partner profiles that communicated expertise and accessibility, and a contact flow designed to feel like the beginning of a relationship rather than a form submission.

2.1× qualified inquiries. Cold referral conversion more than doubled.

Within 90 days of launch, qualified inquiries more than doubled as the brand converted cold referrals who previously bounced after looking the firm up online. Cold referral conversion improved from 18% to 41%.
